Introductions

Hello Friends, Family, Co-Workers, and readers who stumbled into this site thinking it was concert info for a really cool (albeit relatively unknown) band! Thank you for taking the time to follow us, the Evil Twins, on our epic world journey.

Given how awkward situations, injuries, embarrassments, and general chaos seem to trail us wherever we go, Anna and I decided that it would be an excellent idea to blog about our adventures. Not only is it a relatively easy way to inform people that we are, in fact, still alive - it's a great way to finally get that tv show deal on the Travel Channel. Or the Food Network. Or Discovery. Or PBS. Whatever.

Now for a little bit about us and our blog. A former professor fondly bestowed upon us the title of "Evil Twins." Why? We're not actually related, but we do have an uncanny ability to finish each others' sentences and wear the same shade of green on the same day. We also shared many of our classes, and could generally be found lounging together on some comfy chairs in between classes. After comparing notes, we realized that the aforementioned professor would refer to us as each other's evil twin. Since blog names with "Phileas Fogg" are too nerdy and "Carmen Sandiego" is probably heavily copyrighted, we went with "Evil Twins' World Tour." Because that's us. And what we're doing.

We'll bring you our little adventures, tales of how I put my foot in my mouth or get splattered with poop by a pigeon with IBS, amusing anecdotes about Anna making sure we're not lost or bailing me out of jail, as well as reviews about tours, restaurants, hostels, museums, etc. Anything goes really!
